CX-100 Catalyst

As catalyst of printing paste additives, CX-100 catalyst can be applied to a variety of printing paste, to increase the adhesion of the printing paste on the fabric and the paste between and to improve the printing products’ friction fastness and washing fastness. Some of the products can reach the standard of chemical washing, high temperature washing, stone washing and other powerful machine wash.

Usage:

General requirements for the fastness, adding 3% CX-100 catalyst is ok, witch does not affect the original feeling of paste.

Method of use:

1. Add the prepared 3% CX-100 catalyst directly into the paste to fully stir or stir the paste and color masterbatch first, add CX-100 catalyst when you use it.

2. After adding the CX-100 catalyst, use the paste up within 12 hours. If excessive, it will cause the waste of additives and also will reduce the use of time.

3. When adding the CX-100 catalyst, please use the standard measure instead of only by the feeling. If he amount of additives is less than 2%, it will likely influence the fastness. If the fabric is under treatment, you can be appropriately increased the amount.

Attentions:
