Product Description

Producto de poliuretano blanco mate para termotransferencia. Se imprime con tinta solvente y eco solvente.

Espesura: 80 micras (USA: 3,15 mil).

Soporte: Poliéster transparente.

Apropiado para

Algodón, poliéster, acrílico y fibras similares.

Utilización

1) Impresión y corte

- Imprimir el diseño en positivo siguiendo las instrucciones de la impresora:

Cuidado con las temperaturas de impresión (45°C – USA: 110°F) y de secado (50°C – USA: 120°F).Seleccionar el perfile de impresión adecuado (por ejemplo, con Roland, seleccionar Colorip o

Versawork, y el perfile GENERIC VINYL 1. Recomendamos trabajar con la opción MAX IMPACT).

- Recoger el material y esperar por lo menos 4 horas a temperatura ambiente hasta que la tinta sea totalmente

seca.

2) Termotransferencia

- Quitar el exceso de material

- Recoger la imagen, ayudándose con una cinta de poliéster transparente que tiene un poder adhesivo alto

(ATT 600). No usar cinta de papel o de poder adhesivo medio para hacer esta transferencia.

- Prensar el diseño sobre el textil, protegiéndolo con un papel de silicona a 140°C (USA: 280°F) –

20 segundos – presión media.

- Si se use una cinta, recogerla cuando caliente.

Precauciones

Siempre seguir las instrucciones indicadas en las prendas. Esperar 24 horas antes de lavar el tejido prensado.

Limpieza: 40°C (USA: 100°F) max. Al revés, sin productos de limpieza que sean agresivos.

Secadora : no

Limpieza en seco: no

Planchado: al revés

Almacenaje: verticalmente, un año máximo en un ambiente seco, de 15-25°C (USA: 60-80°F), protegido de la

luz.

Recomendaciones

Los materiales imprimibles son sensibles: siempre manipularlos con precaución y con guantes.

Almacenar el rollo en una funda de plástico, en un lugar sano.

Para un mejor resultado es importante utilizar las tintas proporcionadas por el fabricante de impresoras.
